After a stroll through town, satisfy your appetite at the Reuterhaus with delicious Mecklenburg cuisine. In addition to the classic roast ribs there are dishes such as "Himmel und Erde" (“Heaven and Earth” – mashed apple and potato), ham soup or sour soup with dumplings. Because the menu is changed regularly not only is there plenty of variety on your plate, but the region’s traditional foods are not forgotten.

Dishes are served in the restaurant, with its almost 300-year-old historic décor, or at one of the 40 outdoor tables in front of the Reuterhaus. From here guests are at leisure to watch the colourful activities in the market square.
