Day 1

Arrival on the day of your choice
Accommodation in a comfort room
Dinner in the restaurant Reuterhaus:

• Leaf salad fresh from the market with roasted pine kernels and king prawns
• Roast breast of guinea fowl on a cassis sauce, with seasonal vegetables an potato pearls
• Fresh fruit salad with maraschino and cream
• We recommend delicious wines from our extensive wine list

Day 2

Large "Phoenix" breakfast buffet
Visit to the Wonnemar wellness and leisure oasis (on request we will reserve treatments on your behalf)
Stroll around the historic centre of Wismar (UNESCO World Heritage Site) followed by a boat trip from the old harbour
Back at the Seeblick, we recommend a stroll along the beach right in front of the hotel.
Evening candlelight dinner "based on the sea":

• Home-made pickled gravad lachs (Scandinavian salmon) with mustard and dill dip, toast and butter
• Wismar fine fish bouillabaisse, Nautilus fish platter with a selection of fish from the sea and lakes, e.g. salmon, sturgeon, pikeperch, shark, gunnel etc., grilled king prawns, large salad, rice
• Home-made marzipan parfait with elderberry compote and cream

Day 3

Large "Phoenix" breakfast buffet
